Kaizen
Kaizen is very efficient method how to keep changes ongoing. Every (small or even smaller) step is counted on the way of improvement. It is better to do continuously smaller steps in current changing times instead of planning rapid change with high potential risk. We can easily restart/adjust the improvement plan and the goals if we see new opportunity or if other parameters have changed.
